About Kiujan Pouji Wing Chun Kuen
Kiujan Pouji (meaning Jon Poole in Chinese) Wing Chun Kuen is an organisation which will house branches under Sifu Jon Poole within Australia and internationally, with Wing Chun Queensland (Sifu Jon Poole’s main head-quarters) being the first branch in the organisation. Affiliated schools and their instructors that have similar values, ideas, philosophies and training structure will also be part of the organisation sharing their skills and knowledge.
Sifu Jon Poole’s vision was to eventually see his version of Wing Chun being taught worldwide, and to create an organisation that reflected his interpretation of Wing Chun. This has come about since training with various Wing Chun master’s as well as Martial Art Masters of other disciplines over the years. He has used what he’s learnt from all disciplines to adapt his Wing Chun to work more effectively in a world where anything goes.
